How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized, reinforced eco-friendly packaging designed to keep root balls secure and foliage protected. Every plant is inspected for health before being hand-packed to minimize movement during transit.
What is your policy on damaged or unhealthy plants?
We offer a 30-day 'Live On' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or fails to thrive within the first month, simply send us a photo and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Do your pots come with drainage holes?
Most of our signature ceramic and terracotta pots include drainage holes to prevent root rot. For decorative covers without holes, we specify this in the product description so you can use them as cachepots.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves Watson's Greenhouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your plant's journey in real-time.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Every order includes a digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity preferences to help your new greenery flourish.
